Dalam konferensi MUN, quorum adalah suatu jumlah minimum yang harus dipenuhi bagi sesi sidang yang bersangkutan untuk memulai debat substantif/proses voting. Besarnya quorum mungkin berbeda-beda antar konferensi. Untuk contoh, WorldMUN menetapkan bahwa quorum untuk memulai debat substantif adalah 1/4 dari delegasi (negara-negara diwakilkan), untuk proses voting adalah 1/2. Jika quorum tidak bisa dipenuhi, maka proses yang bersangkutan tidak bisa dimulai.

Pada komite di mana satu delegasi diwakili oleh lebih dari 1 orang, dan anggota delegasi diijinkan untuk meninggalkan ruangan untuk melakukan lobi, kehadiran salah satu dari anggota delegasi tersebut sudah cukup untuk mengetahui quorum.

During MUN conferences, quorum is a minimum number of delegations (not delegates) ought to be fulfilled at a certain session to begin substantive debate or voting procedures. The quorum number may differ for each conferences. For example, WorldMUN determines that quorum for starting a substantive debate is 1/4 of the delegations, for voting procedures is 1/2. If the quorum cannot be fulfilled, the said process may not be started.

For the committee that are multi-delegates for each delegation, and when the delegates are allowed to leave the room for lobbying, the presence of at least one of the delegates from each delegation is adequate to count the quorum.
